Ingredients:

  • Prosecco of choice – chilled
  • Brandy
  • Pomegranate/Cherry Juice – chilled 

This is difficult, brace yourself.

  1. Fill champagne flute 2/3 full with Prosecco.
  2. Add splash of brandy
  3. Add slightly bigger splash of juice.
