Breaking in the new year?  May I suggest the following drink I stumbled across when switching up a different recipe in 2009…

Ingredients:

• Prosecco of choice – chilled
• Brandy
• Pomegranate/Cherry Juice – chilled 

This is difficult, brace yourself.

1. Fill champagne flute 2/3 full with Prosecco.
2. Add splash of brandy
3. Add slightly bigger splash of juice.
