Support Group for Epic Clarity DBAs
I Have a Problem

When I speak at various conferences, SQLSaturdays or user groups I often end up talking to my fellow DBAs on the topic of our woes over supporting Epic Clarity.
The good news is that I’m now engaged in weekly meetings with Epic to discuss these issues – they’re committed to doing so.
The bad news is that I’m now engaged in weekly meetings with Epic; providing them with guidance and suggestions for free that I’d normally charge consulting fees to support my Sailor Moon Cos-play habit family.
Yay! A Survey!
I think it would be interesting to enlist a bit of analytics into this mix to see if we can find some common ground. I’ve put together a very short survey (collecting no identifiable data, come on I AM a healthcare DBA after all) that asks some general questions about how your Epic Clarity instance is being abused used. Once I have some significant results returned I’ll crunch the figures and share the results back here.
